Sang (James) Park

Sang (James) Park is a distinguished labor and employment attorney representing employees in cases involving wrongful termination, unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. As the founder of PARK APC, he has successfully litigated numerous class actions, securing millions for employees across various industries. Before founding PARK APC, Mr. Park practiced in both defense and plaintiff’s firms, gaining expertise in insurance litigation, consumer protection, and class actions.
